Where is Granny’s Self Storage located?
We are located at 4335 Kings Mountain Highway in Bessemer City, NC. We’re right across the street from Rustic Hills Baptist Church near Fleet Paint and Body and Gamble Hill Church, and just a 10 minute drive from Gastonia, NC. Our bright, fenced and gated facility is easy to see right off the highway.
What are your office hours?
Our office hours are on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 9AM-5PM, and Saturdays from 9AM to 2PM. Come on by to talk to one of our friendly storage experts, get a tour of the facility, and pick up your boxes and moving supplies. What are your access hours?
Our standard access hours are from 6AM to 9PM seven days a week, and 24-hour gate access is also available upon request. If you’re looking to get your RV or boat out early in the morning, Granny’s got you covered! Just chat with a member of our friendly team to get extended access.
What is drive-up access?
Drive-up accessible storage units are just what they sound like: renters can drive right up to the their storage unit using our wide, paved driveways and unload their items right into their storage unit. No lugging heavy boxes across parking lots, carrying things up stairs, or trying to squeeze large furniture into elevators required. It’s as easy as can be!
Do you offer moving truck rentals?
We sure do! We offer U-Haul truck and trailer rentals to make moving your items from your home to our facility easy. Give us a call at (704) 691-5954 to reserve your moving truck or trailer and get started.
Where can I get boxes and moving supplies?
You can buy boxes and moving supplies right here at Granny’s! Come by during our office hours Tuesdays and Fridays from 9AM-5PM, and Saturdays from 9AM to 2PM to pick up any of the storage and packing supplies you need, from boxes and packing tape to mattress covers and moving blankets. We’ve got it all!
Can I store my RV, boat, or vehicle with Granny’s Self Storage?
Absolutely! Our extended access hours and close proximity to Crowders Mountain State Park, Kings Mountain State Park, Lake Norman and Lake Wylie make us a popular choice for RVs, boats, campers, and more. We have large indoor units that are perfect for a motorcycle, small boat or camper, as well as outdoor storage spaces for RVs, boats, trucks, trailers, and more.
What kind of security features does Granny’s Self Storage offer?
We put a huge focus on security at Granny’s Self Storage. Our fenced facility features an electronic gate with keypad access so we can track who is on site. Our property also features clean, well-lit driveways and storage units, and we have high-tech security cameras placed throughout the property. Our friendly management team keeps a close eye on all activity at the facility to ensure the safety and security of both our renters and their items.
Can I pay my bill online?
Absolutely! Simply log in to our easy-to-use online bill payment portal to see your current account information, balance, and more. You can also set up autopay to pay your bill on-time automatically every month so you’ll never have to pay a late fee.
